As an owner, I would like to thank Triz Arte and team for designing and completion of my new place. It was a fabulous and wonderful experience working together with Triz Arte. I never experienced such fabulousness ever before at my old residence.

Along with designing Triz Arte leads a team of passionate professionals, who are capable enough of solving all unforeseen hiccups on the stop with immediate action. The chief designer had put in lot of time and effort in picking the right items, fixtures for my place which make the design perfect. To put together a beautiful home, it always requires effective contribution of both designer and owner. I was always given professional advice by Triz Arte designers about refining the appeal of my new home.

Triz Arte’s after sales assistance is perfect. They always attended and responded to my queries, requests with immediate effect. For example, the decal had peel off after 3 months of its installation. When I reported, it was nicely pasted again within 2 days my call.

I will surely not hesitate to engage their designing services again for any of my future requirements. I would also recommend Triz Arte to any of my friends, family members to experience best home designing services. There is so much more to mention for their professional job done. I am very grateful to their services. My money was well spent and utilized smartly for beautification of my house.

I have known Thriza Teo for more than ten years. She was the designer and manager of two of my condominiums in the River Valley area. I would describe her as a creative, intelligent, practical individual and above all a person of integrity. She is patient, hardworking and a reliable individual.

I requested a proposal from Triz Arte for enhancing the ambiance and livability of my apartment. Thriza spent several days figuring out what was my flavor, needs, my likes and dislikes. She took me to visit some of her completed projects. After that, she made proposals embedding samples of flooring materials, color charts for the walls etc. Once I agreed to her proposal, she completed the design drawings then we went to shop for furniture, lighting, tiling, curtains, flooring material, etc.

It was an enjoyable experience. Her patience stood out; as I consider myself a difficult person to please, but she never gave up on showing me more options until I was sure about what I liked. Before the process of signing the contract, which included detailed specifications of the work to be done along with its respective costs, she introduced me to the team of specialists at Triz Arte.

The team members at Triz Arte are matured and experienced professionals. The team completed the job as planned within contracted cost. It’s incredible to witness that Thriza and her team transformed my space into a very functional and beautiful area. Her design was exquisite. They made it more beautiful through the use of interesting furniture, paintings, mirrors and lighting which incorporated my flavor into the design.The decor of my third apartment or house will be done by none other than Thriza.

Triz Arte was selected out of about 5 IDs and seemed to best get our lifestyle and wishes with regards to the complete renovation project. Thriza is a very practical person and strives to deliver good quality within the timeline.

The result turned out satisfactory and any issue she tried to remediate fast. She certainly is trustworthy and dedicated to her projects and customers. Obviously projects never go smoothly and nobody is perfect. Thus a downside for my partner and myself was the communication that was not very active and could be improved. This may help avoid friction that can and will occur during projects. We are still happy with the end result and thank Triz Arte for their work.

Sourcing for an ID is not an easy job, and with so many to meet and we had to repeat our ideas and plans to everyone over and over again, which was very tiring for me and my husband.

Luckily, we met Thriza whose office is just below mine, I could take some time off to see her as and when needed. Of course, this is not the most important reason why we engaged her. The reasons she got the job is cos she could understand what I wanted and she tried her best to fulfill my demands.

She admitted that certain requirements set by me were not the usual kind she received from other homeowners and she is not sure if it could be done, but she tried her best and exceeded my expectations. Her designs were also in line with my thoughts and her use of colors were acceptable.

Further, whenever we saw a defect or mistake during the renovation, she is quick to respond and rectify. Thou not her mistake, she had to endure our nagging and complaints. She knows our worries and instead of arguing, she pacified us. Also, she helped to co-ordinate and engage other contractors for things that were not within the scope.

Now, we are staying in our HOME, thanks to Thriza.

We did not have to visit the job site all the time to monitor the work progress, and could leave it to our ID to manage. The actual products generally turned out better than the 3Ds and drawings. We compared a few IDs and Triz Arte was considered average mid range in terms of prices.

What we liked was that our ID was always reliable, responsive and communicated clearly. She was also quick to recify problems. The project was completed within the projected timeline. There were no hidden costs in the contract, all variation orders were communicated clearly.

Thriza was happy to answer any queries pertaining to the costs and quote. Thriza also gave us some ideas that we ended up liking and incorporating into our design. Overall it was a positive experience and we are satisfied with how the reno turned out.
